We handcraft our Cacao Nib Rub in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and flavor.
Firmly rub each side of meat, fish, fruit, or vegetable with the Rub, then leave for at least 15 minutes before cooking. Brush off any excess Rub before grilling or roasting. For a more intense flavor, place the rubbed meat or fish in a plastic bag and leave in the fridge overnight to cook the next day.
You can also add the Rub to vegetable oil, yogurt, or butter to make a wet Rub to help it apply better.
For non-meat suggestions, we recommend applying a wet Rub to potatoes, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, and pineapples.

Please allow up to two business days to process your order before it is shipped. We generally only ship Monday-Wednesday to limit the transit time that your order sits in a mail warehouse or truck.
Our carriers have permission to leave your package at the delivery address without signature. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses, or for missing, stolen, or damaged packages after they are delivered to the address provided.
Because our products are perishable, we only offer either two day or overnight shipping. When shipping to warm destinations, we provide ice packs and insulation at no charge to ensure your confections arrive in excellent condition.

Please tell us in the "Order Notes" box at checkout if you'd like us to include a blank note card or a message to the recipient. For print products and apparel, we rely on a third party to print these products for us, and as a result, we cannot include gift messages. All orders are shipped with a packing slip that does not contain pricing information.
